To build strong working relationships with our present client base. Tasks Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated. Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments. Organize requests and facilitate open action items and provide timely notifications or communication Supervise internal resources to execute daily objectives and requests effectively Facilitate the execution of both wholesale and ecommerce fulfillment operations Facilitate and supervise inventory and cycle count processes Provide accurate and timely communication of data for KPI management objectives and communication with the customer Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements. Schedule or monitor air or surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials. Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services. Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials. Implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design. Track and trace goods while they are in route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary. Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.  Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.  Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.  Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.  Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.  Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.  Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
