Utilize your expertise in process enhancement, production optimization, and warehouse oversight at our cutting-edge ALM facility located in [location]. We're on the lookout for an adept Operations Manager - ITAM to fortify our expanding workforce.

As the Operations Manager, you'll spearhead pivotal operations endeavors encompassing workload and resource planning, hiring, leadership, and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production to include adherence to client service level agreements, processes, and internal performance metrics.

  • Ensure data integrity/security and customer brand protection at all times.

  • Conduct routine review of inventory management system data.

  • Adapt proactive approach to managing daily requirements (receiving, device configuration, delivery/shipment).

  • Routine engagement with the client via; phone, email and other electronic communication.

  • Drive root cause analysis and closed-loop corrective actions to resolve in-process and customer issues.

  • Perform administrative duties to include payroll, audits, HR support, facility, training, compliance, safety champion.

  • Plan strategically the workload and resources. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, operations, or related field.

  • Ability to obtain client security clearance.

  • Minimum of four years’ experience managing front line supervisors.

  • Minimum two years experience in supporting large enterprise/government clients.

  • Comfortable with Client Communications.

  • Project Management and Time Management skill set

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Intermediate-Expert knowledge of Google Suite/Microsoft Office tools and data analysis/interpretation.

  • Ability to prioritize and schedule based on workload and SLAs.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
