Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices
  • Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
  • Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
