OBGYN Needed in Western Maryland

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our collaborative team of three physicians, two certified midwives, and four advanced practice providers. This role offers a balanced clinical schedule, surgical opportunities, and a supportive, team-based environment. H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Opportunity Details

As an OB/GYN at Healthcare United, you will:

• Work a 4-day clinic schedule with 0.5–1 day for surgical procedures.
  
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with midwives taking first call during the week.
  
• Cover 1:4 weekend calls.
  
• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including DaVinci Robot-assisted surgeries.
  
• Deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  

• MD or equivalent with Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN.
  
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Maryland.
  
• Willingness to provide comprehensive care, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical services.
  
• H1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.

Compensation & Financial Incentives:

• Base Salary: $385,000 plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.
