Director of Rehabilitation

A medical facility located near Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation to join their team!

The Director of Rehabilitation Job Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
  
• Great therapy leadership and administration team!
  
• The Director of Rehabilitation will lead both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. Oversees PT, OT, SLP, Rehab Aides, and DME services. Ensuring high-quality patient-care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
  

The Director of Rehabilitation Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree or higher
  
• Must have active Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or SLP License
  
• Must have at least 5 years of therapy/rehabilitation experience
  
• Preferable to have previous leadership experience

• This region is a gateway for hiking, fishing, and scenic drives.
  
• strong agricultural roots, especially fruit orchards and cattle ranching, supported by the surrounding Gunnison and Uncompahgre rivers.
