Job DetailsJob Location: Fullerton - Fullerton, CA 92831Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $25.76 HourlyReporting to the Admissions Operations Manager, the Coordinator for Enrollment and Admissions Services provides essential operational, financial, and logistical support to the Department of Enrollment and Admissions Services. This role oversees budget tracking and reconciliation, manages departmental inventory, and assists with the planning and execution of admissions events, including interview days and open houses. Through strong organizational and coordination skills, this position helps maintain efficient operations and a high-quality experience for prospective students and stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSI­­BILITIES Financial and Budget Management Manage and maintain the Enrollment and Admissions Services budget, including tracking expenditures and ensuring accurate records. Complete and reconcile departmental credit card transactions in accordance with institutional policies Monitor spending to support effective resource planning and budget accountability. Inventory Management Manage departmental inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies and materials Maintain and regularly update the inventory list to ensure accuracy and availability Coordinate timely replenishment of materials needed for admissions and interview-related activities. Event Coordination and Logistics Coordinate behind-the-scenes planning for admissions-related events, including but not limited to interview days for all academic programs, open house, etc Prepare interviewee and guest folders and ensure all materials are complete and organized Reserve rooms and collaborate with Campus Operations to coordinate room setup Ensure availability of refreshments, including water, sodas, and snacks Assist with setting up and cleaning up of events Serve as support to Admissions team during in-person and virtual events Partner with the University Events Manager to coordinate lunch orders for interview days and admissions events Communicate with Campus Safety to provide guest information and arrange parking reservations Recruit, schedule, and communicate with Student Ambassadors or work study students to support interview day activities, admissions events, and other department needs Oversee all admissions-related calendaring, including scheduling interview days and admissions events; coordinate and manage invitations; and ensure all staff and faculty participants are appropriately scheduled, informed, and prepared QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
