Reporting to the Director of Material Resource Management, this position provides superior patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest quality care and service. Responsibility for complete P&L of Central Service department. Manages Central Service department, which includes staffing, supplies, instrumentation, equipment, and departmental policies.

Required Qualifications:

1 year experience in central services/sterile processing at a facility of similar size and operational scope.
1 year management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Related healthcare field within 6 years of tenure as department manager or,
Master's Degree in Related healthcare field within 6 years of tenure as department manager.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
