We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured and/or processed products to ensure conformance with customer drawings and specifications. This role involves the use of advanced measuring techniques to analyze all features of various parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections
- Complete and maintain AS9102 FAIR documentation
- Inspect parts using surface plate setups and hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints with a solid understanding of GD&T
- Operate inspection equipment such as laser tracker and Romer arm with Verisurf software
- Utilize CAD software (PC-DMIS 2025)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a CNC machining environment
- Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and mechanical inspection techniques
- Experience with AS9100 / ISO9001 environments
- Hands-on experience with Verisurf 2025 software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
