Warehouse Reporter

Please note: this is a seasonal/temporary position set to go from now through December 2026.

Overview of Job Description:

This position is responsible for validating the completed DNA’s and products coming off the DNA production lines by reporting them into the system inventory.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor work orders to verify produced quantities are accurate.
• Generate LPN (License Plate Number) labels and attach to DNA goods.
• Resolve issues with lot codes and expiration dates as needed.
• Move pallets of completed DNA goods when needed.
• Report all validating issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow all food safety policies and procedures.

Administrative and Other Responsibilities:

• Report all scrap into the system.
• Availability for weekend work as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math / calculator use.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Reading and writing in English preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Typical Physical Demands:

• Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Typical Working Conditions:
• Fast paced production warehouse environment with variable temperatures due to refrigeration and climate.

Education:

• Able to read and write.

Experience:

• Warehouse experience preferred.
