Overview:
The HR Jr. Recruiter is responsible for offering administrative support to the HR Department. This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The position will assist with various administrative functions to include but not limited to:
- Assist recruiters with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, and administering testing of applicants.
- Assist HR department with onboarding and orientations.
- Collate new and rehire packets.
- Update staffing/tracking spreadsheet when necessary.
- Print ID badges for rehires/new hires
- Assist with 1st day check-ins, register employees on timeclock
- The position will also carry out additional HR and administrative functions as needed
Knowledge:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing & data entry skills (at least 30 WPM)
- Knowledge of general office duties (filing and copying)
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Bilingual Spanish
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
路 Previous general office and or administrative experience
