Guest Service Specialist – Shell/Timewise Car Wash (Fulshear)

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Specialists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and membership goals.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
