What You’ll Do

  • Supervise front-end operations and checkout processes
  • Train, mentor, and support cashiers and front-end team members
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and POS system accuracy
  • Schedule staff and assign daily tasks
  • Enforce store policies and operational procedures
  • Support overall store operations and collaborate with leadership
  • Manage lottery machine operations and front-end compliance
  • Help improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front-end area

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service, retail, or front-end management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and store procedures
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to collaborate with fellow employee-owners and management
  • Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
  • Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
