Responsibilities
  • Screen patients for nutrition risk factors
  • Refer patients to clinical dietitians for nutrition assessment
  • Collaborate with the patient's care team to provide nutrition care
  • Monitor patients for changes in nutritional status
  • Provide nutrition education to patients and families
  • Update patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
