About the Role:
This role sits at the center of financial decision-making for Precision’s growing orthopedics practice and offers meaningful visibility to senior leadership. The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will report to the CFO and will lead key forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytical efforts to support Precision’s value enhancement goals. The position will work closely with Operations to analyze and improve financial performance
Responsibilities:
· Budgeting and Forecasting, variance analysis
· Profitability Analysis, value creation
· Revenue and Accounts Receivable Valuation
· Working with external auditors
· Creating analysis and reporting for the Board of Directors
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field
· At least 5 years experience in FP&A, financial due diligence, financial audit, M&A, consulting, banking, or related job role
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
· Strong Excel and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced degree or certification such as CPA
· Experience within healthcare services, preferably in investor backed physician practice management and/or ambulatory surgery centers
· Experience with NetSuite and SQL
· Big four or related experience
