Job DetailsJob Location: Fulton - Fulton, NY 13069Position Type: Per DiemEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 HourlySelf-Direction DSP - Fulton Ny Area (Job #MH-AM) Indera is seeking compassionate, energetic and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)to work with a friendly individual in the Fulton area. He enjoys spending time outdoors especially magnet fishing and playing Pokémon Go. Responsibilities Provide transportation out in the community activities and appointments Support independent living skills Ensure health and safety needs are met Engage in recreational and social activities in the community Maintain consistency with scheduled days and hours Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Fridays 2pm-4pm Pay rate: $22 per hour There is mileage and staff activity fee reimbursement Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) High school diploma or GED (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility with assignments and scheduling Ability to use technology and mobile apps in the community Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required) Additional Requirements Background check Fingerprinting DMV record check (conducted prior to hire) Indera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license  Effective communication and organizational skills required.
