NOW HIRING A MOWING & TRIMMING CREW LEADER – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $17.00 – $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leapfrog Landcare is seeking to hire Crew Members to support our growing Maintenance and Landscape divisions. We’re looking for dependable leaders who can oversee daily operations, guide crew members, and deliver high-quality service across residential and commercial properties. Whether your background is in Maintenance, Landscape, or you’re experienced in both areas, we have immediate openings.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive company vehicles to and from job sites 
• Supervise and direct daily activities of mowing and trimming crew members
• Perform and oversee lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards after each visit
• Assist with mulching, pruning, and general landscape clean-up as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
• Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with professional mowing equipment and small engine tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a crew independently
