Job DetailsJob Location: Gadsden, AL 35904Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly SUMMARY: To keep the machines and warehouse stocked with the necessary wires, frames, fleeces, & other components to put in the tools for foaming.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional duties as needed and assigned. Stock up the machines with wires, frames, fleeces, & other components. Order components for the warehouse to keep the warehouse stocked. Place the proper work instruction on wire hangers with the appropriate materials. Identify nonconforming material and properly dispose of the material. Communicate quality issues to operators on the line, and/or process, shift lead and supervisor. Additional duties as needed and assigned. Knowledge in SAP Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies. Understand and maintain audit compliance as it relates to the Accessory Stocker function. This would include the most currently applicable IATF 16949, ISO, and TISAX standard. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines established by the company. Encourage safe practices and a safety-first mindset among coworkers.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:   QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Certified Forklift and Tugger Operator   EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Employee must have working knowledge of forklift operations. Must be self-motivated. High School Diploma/GED    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets basic instructions and required documents.  Has the ability to respond and communicate complicated instruction and basic directions. Read, Write and Communicate in English.   MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic mathematics. Basic Math Skills   REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Be able to identify part numbers for components & put them on the proper racks, carts etc. Be able to match component to drawing or component board for identification Be able to organize components for kitting Ability to read and interpret work instructions/general production information.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.  The employee is required to stand, walk, lift, and sit.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Standing for an extended period of time.  Must be able to bend over and pick up debris and material. Possible release agent material, anti squeak and dust particle exposure in the environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in hot or cold climate (area is not climate controlled)     WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal amount of sitting and standing, above average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer. Works with supervisor, shift lead and line leads. May have interaction with quality, process and maintenance personnel.   Works as a team with fellow employees on the production line and Material’s Department.   Qualifications
