What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll provide exceptional service while diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and available solutions to customers
• Complete accurate service documentation and work orders
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety standards and local building codes
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Residential HVAC service
• Light commercial HVAC systems
• Heat pumps
• Gas furnaces
• Air conditioning systems
• Indoor air quality products
• Smart thermostats
• HVAC diagnostic software
