Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Deliver an elevated, personalized experience for every client
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and maintain hair health
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and continued education
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all sanitation standards
- Recommend professional products and services to support client results
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage client retention
- Grow and maintain a loyal personal clientele
- Participate in salon education, trainings, and team collaboration
- Support salon events, promotions, and community initiatives as needed

Requirements
- Active Cosmetology License (Virginia)
- Established clientele and ability to bring and retain clients
- Experience with modern coloring techniques (blonding, balayage, lived-in color, etc.)
- Strong cutting and styling skills
- Passion for continued education and staying current in the industry
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in retail product recommendations
- Social media presence or willingness to promote your work and build your brand
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
