Location: Onsite, in-person - Jonesville, FL | Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship: $20.00/hr. |Schedule: 16-19 hours per week; Flexible Days   Are you passionate about contributing to a thriving, connected workplace culture? If you're a proactive, organized, creative thinker ready to dive into the world of employee engagement, we want to meet you!   What You’ll Do: As our Employee Engagement Intern, you’ll help foster our vibrant company culture by supporting programs that connect, motivate, and recognize our amazing team. You’ll collaborate with HR, Wellness, and leadership to: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, appreciation events, and internal campaigns; includes event prep, set up, and execution for employee events Assist with workplace engagement efforts, employee communication mediums and content, and recognition and wellness programs and campaigns Track participation and gather feedback  Provide administrative support to the Employee Engagement team as needed  Create internal content (emails, surveys, posters, etc.) that energizes and informs Help track engagement metrics and feedback, turning insights into action Bring fresh ideas to elevate team morale and connection QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: A current student enrolled at a degree-seeking university or college, or a recent graduate of a university or college Experience performing administrative tasks and event planning Strong organizational and communication skills Creativity, enthusiasm, and an eye for detail A genuine interest in people and culture Bonus: Experience with event planning details, Canva or surveys   What You’ll Gain: Real-world experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and HR strategy Mentorship and guidance from seasoned HR professionals A chance to impact workplace culture in a meaningful way A dynamic, supportive, and fun environment where your ideas matter
