Landscape Account Manager The Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and field operations, with a strong focus on client retention, portfolio growth, and maintaining high-quality landscapes. This role blends relationship management, sales, and operational coordination to deliver exceptional service and drive account performance. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication Address client needs, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner Property Inspections Conduct regular site walkthroughs to evaluate landscape quality Identify and address issues such as pests, plant health concerns, and irrigation deficiencies Ensure properties meet company standards and client expectations Sales & Account Growth Identify and pursue opportunities for landscape enhancements Prepare and present proposals for additional services Drive revenue growth within existing accounts Operational Coordination Partner with production teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery Communicate client expectations and quality standards to crews Monitor work to ensure consistency and excellence Contract Management Manage contract renewals and pricing adjustments Develop and negotiate proposals for new and expanded services Quality & Safety Oversight Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and safety protocols Address and resolve any service or safety concerns promptly Qualifications Education Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agricultural Business, or a related field preferred but not required Experience 3–7 years of experience in landscaping or a related industry Proven success in client management, sales, and/or account management Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of plant material, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Work Environment & Expectations Combination of office work and field-based property visits Regular travel to client sites within assigned territory May oversee field teams and collaborate closely with operations leadership Responsible for the overall financial performance and profitability of assigned accounts What We offer: Medical/Dental/Vision plus other benefits Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Company phone/laptop Company Vehicle
