In this role, you’ll support the classroom team in creating a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and grow. You’ll assist with daily activities, provide active supervision, and help bring the curriculum to life while ensuring a smooth, positive classroom experience.Â

- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for all children Â
- Support daily activities and curriculum implementation alongside the lead teacher Â
- Always provide active supervision, ensuring safety and compliance with required ratios Â
- Support children’s development through positive guidance, interaction, and play Â
- Assist with classroom routines, organization, and communication with families, while supporting overall school operationsÂ

Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Â required. Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.Â
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.Â
- Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.Â
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.Â
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with children, families, and team members.Â
- Must be at least 18 years of age.Â
