JOB SUMMARY

CPPI-IT is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Analyst Intern to join our team and make a real impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology and Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support CPPI’s construction operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, loves checking things off a list, and wants to see their work make a visible difference. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a concentration or coursework in Project Management or Business Process Management.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
  • Interest in the construction industry or process improvement is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Help research, draft, and refine company-wide policies and SOPs that support CPPI’s construction operations.
  • Partner with construction operations leaders, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand processes and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
  • Build and maintain an organized library of approved policies and SOPs.
  • Support the rollout and communication of new documentation across construction teams and field staff.
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams that make complex operations easier to understand.
  • Review existing workflows to identify areas that could be improved, updated, or better documented.
  • Contribute to broader process improvement initiatives that help CPPI operate more efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry, data clean-up, and system audits to support accurate and reliable information across business systems.
  • Support a variety of special projects assigned by the VP of Technology and Innovation, contributing wherever needed to help move initiatives forward. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
