Key Responsibilities:
- Use EXOCAD software to design dental prosthetics, including full arch implant-supported bridges, based on digital scans of patient's teeth and gums for the All-on-4 treatment concept.
- Fabricate hybrid dentures that meet the necessary standards of fit, function, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with other members of the team and customers, including dentists and dental assistants, to ensure that all patient needs are met.
- Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure that they meet the necessary standards.
- Be able to effectively read dental RXs to design dental prosthetics.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed instructions from senior dental technicians and dentists to ensure that all designs are created to the proper specifications.
- Work collaboratively with other dental technicians to ensure timely completion of cases.
- Perform other duties as may be required or necessary.
Qualifications
Required Skills / Physical Demands:
- Knowledge of fabricating dental restorations, including all-on-4, hybrid, and bar overdentures using CAD/CAM technology.
- Experience using EXOCAD software to design dental prosthetics for the All-on-4 treatment concept.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Physical demands may include sitting or standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, and good eyesight.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials science, and occlusion.
- Ability to interpret and follow dental prescriptions and technical specifications.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the design process.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with dentists and other dental professionals.
- To have an understanding of teeth setup, anatomy and morphology.
