Position Overview
The Client Relations Specialist serves as the front line of the client experience. This role ensures that every interaction is handled with clarity, urgency, and excellence. You will manage ongoing client service needs, support advisors, and help maintain a seamless, high-touch experience from first contact through long-term relationship management.
This role requires organization, awareness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
Process account paperwork, transfers, and service requests in a timely manner
Track outstanding items and follow through until completion
Support advisors with scheduling, documentation, and client follow-up
Assist with client communications, outreach, and relationship-building efforts
Ensure all client interactions meet compliance and firm standards
Qualifications
2+ years of client service or administrative experience, preferably in financial services
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
Comfort working with CRM systems and financial platforms
A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
Preferred
Experience in wealth management, banking, or financial advisory firms
Familiarity with account servicing and financial documentation
