Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends or late nights!)

What You’ll Do
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of an estimated 18-20 patients (pediatric to adults) per day, diagnoses, and develop innovative treatment plans.
- Preventive Care: Lead wellness exams and health screenings, empowering patients with knowledge.
- Minor Procedures: Showcase your skills with minor in office procedures and patient education.
- Chronic Disease Management: Provide expert care for patients with chronic conditions.

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Able to obtain Virginia License
The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
