Description
Our Gainesville, Georgia, office is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team. Â In this role the HR Administrator is a key member responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations through accurate file management, HRIS administration, and support across multiple HR functions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining employee data, facilitating benefits and leave administration, payroll, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with employee relations.Â
What You Will Do:
File Management:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and securely stored (both electronically and physically).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding document processes.
HRIS Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Generate reports and support data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Support system upgrades, user permissions, and workflow improvements.
- Act as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues or inquiries.
Benefits & FMLA Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions.
- Support the annual open enrollment process.
- Administer FMLA and other leave of absence requests in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Payroll & HRIS Integration:
- Oversees Payroll to ensure accurate transfer of employee data (e.g., new hires, terminations, Â compensation changes).
- Audit data regularly to ensure accuracy between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate solutions with system vendors as needed.
Performance Management Support:
- Assist with the performance review process, including scheduling, tracking completion, and ensuring documentation is properly filed.
- Support managers and employees with system access or questions related to performance evaluations.
- Help maintain performance documentation for compliance and development purposes.
Employee Relations Support:
- Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including scheduling meetings, documenting conversations, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist with investigations by gathering relevant documentation and maintaining confidentiality.
- Help ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.

Requirements
 What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Paycom, Workday, UKG). Familiarity with payroll processes and benefit administration. Knowledge of FMLA and general employment laws. High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Education &  Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field preferred or experience in lieu of degree. SHRM- CP,      SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred but not required
