Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to help our global HR strategy and operations. As a key member of the team, you will drive organizational culture, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives to align with our business objectives at all 4 of our Georgia locations (Sandy Springs, Gainesville, Athens, Young Harris).


Key Responsibilities (In collaboration with the VP of Operations)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, and innovation to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize HR technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations in the area as needed.
