Landscape Maintenance Team Member

What You'll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you'll work with a crew to maintain commercial properties and help deliver quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing commercial properties
- Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
- Installing mulch, pine straw, flowers, and plants
- Operating commercial landscape equipment safely
- Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Following company safety policies and quality standards
- Working as a team to complete daily routes efficiently
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is dependable and arrives ready to work each day
- Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Works well with others and communicates respectfully
- Is willing to learn and accepts coaching
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Can lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Has reliable transportation
Landscape experience is preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
