Build a Brand-New Community from Day One

The Martino Group is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations for a brand-new Class A apartment community delivering in the next 60 days.
 

This is not a typical maintenance role.
 

This is an opportunity to set the standard, build your team, and take ownership of a luxury asset from first unit delivered through full stabilization.

What You’ll Own

Property Readiness & Quality Control:
• Ensure all units meet Class A make-ready standards
• Identify and resolve construction or punch issues
• Maintain curb appeal and overall condition
 

Maintenance Operations:
• Oversee work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance
• Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
 

Team Leadership:
• Train, mentor, and manage maintenance staff
• Delegate work and ensure quality and timeliness
 

Vendor Management:
• Coordinate vendors and manage contracts
• Ensure work meets company standards and budget
 

Resident Experience:
• Deliver fast, professional service
• Maintain strong communication with residents and management

Who You Are

• Hands-on leader
• Strong problem solver
• Detail-oriented with high standards
• Accountable and reliable
• Calm under pressure

What You Bring

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• 3+ years HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
• Leadership experience preferred
