Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital designed to support patients through recovery with advanced equipment and specialized care environments. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team fosters a supportive culture focused on patient outcomes, professional growth, and work-life balance.
You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsÂ
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsÂ
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patientÂ
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordÂ
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientÂ
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessmentsÂ

What we’re looking for
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Additional requirements include:
- Current state RN licenseÂ
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing schoolÂ
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hireÂ
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hireÂ
- One year of experience preferredÂ
- ASLS certification preferredÂ
