Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes while supporting their recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred but not required
