Offix, LC is one of the Northern Virginia's fastest growing office equipment dealers! We provide full sales and service on copiers, multifunction printers and large format printers. 


Offix is currently seeking a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales team by managing documentation, CRM accuracy, reporting and day to day administrative operations.  This role ensures smooth sales processes, strong data integrity and effective coordination across Sales, Finance, Service and Operations.

  • Provide daily administrative support to sales reps and managers.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Prepare sales reports (pipeline, revenue, forecasts, KPIs).
  • Support lead development, QBR reporting, and large proposal preparation.
  • Deliver expiring lease reports and other sales-critical data.
  • Help identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales metrics.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and communicate updates to sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer support.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
