Job Description

As a Security Officer Electronic Entry Management in Eastanollee, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain an orderly environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication to employees, visitors, and drivers. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a logistics and distribution location.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for access to designated areas, documenting visitor and vehicle activity as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
