Position Location: Quantico, VA

Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional: An active TS Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience in Agile/Scrum. Other requirements include:

• Requires experience effectively managing a technical team via Agile.
• Requires experience in software/R&D environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information across teams to include bridging technical gaps.
• Ability to function independently and ability to delegate tasks across teams.
• Must be able to direct and mentor others on the team.
• Requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

What you'll do:

Facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. They remove impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and track metrics like velocity.
