About Motion RehabilitationÂ
Motion Rehabilitation is the physical therapy division of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks. Alongside AICA Orthopedics, we operate across 21 metro Atlanta locations — giving our PTs access to a fully integrated clinical ecosystem that most outpatient practices can't offer: in-house orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, and advanced imaging, all under one roof.Â
This is outpatient orthopedic PT at a level of clinical depth and collaboration that's hard to find anywhere else in Atlanta.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programmingÂ
Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patientsÂ
Manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case treatment, documentation, and PI/third-party liability service line knowledgeÂ
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at your clinic location, clinically and administrativelyÂ
Collaborate daily with chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic providers, and specialists — this is a genuinely interdisciplinary environmentÂ
Complete visit documentation within 48 business hoursÂ
Target caseload of?approximately 16–18 patients per day, scaling with clinic volume and support staffingÂ
Occasional travel to nearby Motion Rehabilitation locations for coverage as neededÂ
Maintain active Georgia PT license and fulfill all CE requirementsÂ

QualificationsÂ
Master's or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited programÂ
Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility)Â
1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinical rotations consideredÂ
Personal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model?requiredÂ
Strong manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation skillsÂ
Excellent communicator — comfortable working with patients, PTAs, physicians, and leadershipÂ
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environmentÂ

Requirements
