Kubota Team Member – Join Our Team

Position Overview

Kubota Manufacturing of America in Gainesville, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Kubota Team Members. In this role, you will support production operations by contributing to the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our products. This position offers flexibility to work across multiple areas including assembly, sub-assembly, welding support, material handling, and order fulfillment based on business needs. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow standardized work procedures and detailed instructions to produce high-quality products
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a secure work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support standardized processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of upstream processes before completing assigned tasks
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces through 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company policies
  • Support various departments as needed, including assembly, welding, logistics, and order picking
  • Cross-train in multiple roles to support operational flexibility
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Basic English communication skills (reading and comprehension)
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
