Warehouse Associate

Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate performs various duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, packing, and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. 

· Pick orders accurately and pay attention to details

· Unload, Receive and Put Away shipments of inventory

· Restock and maintain inventory of orders as needed 

· Load shipments in trucks using appropriate equipment.

· Accommodate and carefully handle merchandise items 

· Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times 

· Tag and label merchandise 

· Label and Put Away inventory items according to established guidelines.

· Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards

· Prepare all orders for shipment 

· Record and manage all impaired or damaged inventory items 

· Operate equipment (forklift, picker, pallet jack, etc.)

· Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs

· Other duties as assigned
