聽聽路 Lead the sourcing, negotiation and purchase of automotive parts, materials, and components from domestic and international suppliers
路 Secure the best total cost of ownership by negotiating favorable pricing, payment terms, lead times, and quality standards
路 Oversee all import/export documentation, including HTS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other trade compliance requirements
路 Coordinate international freight movements via ocean, air, and ground transport, collaborating closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers
路 Ensure adherence to U.S. Customs regulations, Section 232/301 tariffs, and other trade policies
Requirements
聽聽路 5+ years of hands-on purchasing experience, with at least 3 years focused on global sourcing and international imports
路 Deep expertise in import/export regulations, customs compliance, and international shipping documentation
路 Proficient in HTS codes, tariff structures, and complex trade compliance rules
路 Proven track record of successful negotiations to secure favorable terms and optimize total cost of ownership
路 Adept at using ERP/procurement software and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
路 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
