Digital Marketer Â
Scope Â
The Digital Marketer (DM) is part of the Digital Marketing team with responsibility for driving, developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns. The DM will work with various stakeholders across the organization to create effective digital marketing campaigns and improve JBT Marel’s digital presence.Â
This is a temporary position, running from March 1 until November 30, 2026. The position requires at least 3 years of experience within the field of marketing automation, SEM, social advertising and designing tailored customer journeys. The DM will be an integral part in strengthening JBT Marel’s digital position, ensuring excellent customer experiences leading to creation of leads and driving customer engagement and conversions.Â

Main tasksÂ
The candidate is expected to mostly, but not exclusively, work on and lead work in the following areas:Â
Create, manage and execute multichannel marketing campaigns leveraging the broad scope of digital marketing. This includes: marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), social media and email marketing, SEO, digital advertising. Â
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver project scopes on time Â
Propose and initiate new and improved digital marketing campaign ideasÂ
Evaluate and report on analytics to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing activities, providing suitable recommendations to internal stakeholders based on performance insightsÂ

Skills and Abilities Â
The position requires a business-minded individual with a passion for digital marketing, marketing technology, and strong communication and project management skills. Strengths in the following areas are requested:Â
Excellent understanding of (B2B) digital marketing strategies and how to convert these into actionable activities. Â
Proficiency in key B2B digital marketing platforms and strategies: Â
Marketing automation tools (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)Â
Email marketingÂ
SEOÂ
SEM (focus on Google Advertising)Â
Social advertising (focus on LinkedIn)Â
Working with CMS and basic HTML knowledgeÂ
Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaignsÂ
Experience with data analysis and performance optimization Â
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Efficient project management skillsÂ
A proactive team player with a positive attitude, willing to get involved in the wider activities of the digital marketing team and the company as well as support colleaguesÂ

Education, Knowledge and ExperienceÂ
Bachelor and/or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or other relevant discipline is requiredÂ
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in digital marketingÂ
Experience working in a multicultural and matrix-organization is an advantageÂ
Fluency in English, both written and verbalÂ
