Join a Mission That Matters: Make a Difference as a Part-Time Donor Scheduler!In this vital role, you’ll be the voice that inspires others to give the gift of life, reaching out to donors to schedule appointments and helping guide them toward life-saving apheresis donations when appropriate.
Previous customer service, call center, and/or phone sales experience preferred.
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Thursday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm, Evening: 4pm-9pm
- Friday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm
- Saturday and Sunday: Morning: 10am-2pm
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire donors to schedule life-saving appointments and donate blood
- Guide donors through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns with care
- Promote exciting local blood drives and special events to encourage donations
- Help us crush collection goals and ensure our community has the blood it needs
- Performance goals and metrics are clearly communicated and monitored to ensure your success
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly voice that motivates others
- A love for connecting with people and motivating them to make a difference
- Comfort using phones and computers (we’ll provide training!)
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as needed
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)
- Previous customer service, call center, and/or phone sales experience preferred
