Treat Patients, Not Productivity Metrics
Our full-time therapists average approximately 12.1 patient visits per day, with most clinicians typically seeing between 10 and 14 patients daily (Manassas location). This allows time to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and focus on patient outcomes rather than simply moving patients through the schedule.
You'll also be supported by PT technicians, allowing you to focus on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and clinical decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits Full-Time only, but negotiable. Full-time and part-time eligible for SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer matchÂ
- Salary: $84,000–$95,000 Full-Time ($42-$47/hour Part-Time)
- Monthly bonus program (up to 6% of gross wages)
