Our vision is to be a thriving business, top employer, and trusted community partner focused on growth while upholding values that honor God & people.  We are currently seeking Servers to join our Sonny's BBQ team!  Benefits Competitive Pay Work/Life Balance 401K  Health/Dental/Vision Insurance  Team member food discounts Ongoing development Multiple Levels of Care (Team Chaplains, iServ Cares) Community Service Opportunities  Server Responsibilities (to include, but are not limited to) Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc. Collect payments and operate cash register QualificationsRequired Qualifications Ability to listen and follow directions Ability to multi-task Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment Job Expectations Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
