For over 40 years, Chesapeake Hearing Centers has been enriching the lives of Maryland residents through exceptional hearing care. With eight conveniently located offices across the region, their patient-centered approach and longstanding commitment to clinical excellence continue to make a lasting difference in the communities they serve.

Position Overview

As part of their continued growth, Chesapeake Hearing Centers is seeking an Audiologist to join their team and provide care across their North Bethesda and Columbia offices (typically two days in one location and three in the other, based on proximity and preference).

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys both independence and collaboration — someone who takes full ownership of the patient journey, from diagnostics and treatment to follow-up and continuing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings.
  • Manage the full continuum of hearing care: follow-up visits, counseling, education, device checks, cleanings, and re-programming.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide rehabilitation and management strategies for tinnitus patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold best practices in documentation and clinical care.
  • Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate, evidence-based service.

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.).
  • Current Maryland Audiology license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • A patient-first mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary + Bonus Potential ($100,000–$120,000)
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life insurance coverage
  • Matching retirement plan
  • Generous PTO and paid parental leave
  • CEU and licensure reimbursement
  • Educational assistance and relocation support
