Position Overview
This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys both independence and collaboration — someone who takes full ownership of the patient journey, from diagnostics and treatment to follow-up and continuing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings.
- Manage the full continuum of hearing care: follow-up visits, counseling, education, device checks, cleanings, and re-programming.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide rehabilitation and management strategies for tinnitus patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold best practices in documentation and clinical care.
- Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate, evidence-based service.
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.).
- Current Maryland Audiology license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- A patient-first mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
