Position Summary

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team by supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing HR data, and assisting with key HR processes. This role helps ensure employees and leaders receive timely support, information remains accurate, and HR operations run smoothly.


The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting a positive employee experience. This role will work closely with employees, field leadership, and the HR team across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding for new field and office employees, including paperwork, HRIS entry, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and required documentation
  • Assist with employee changes, forms, benefits documentation, and HR processes
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives
  • Respond to general employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes
  • Support field employees with HR systems and processes, including BambooHR
  • Manage shared HR inboxes and assist with administrative HR needs
  • Translate HR communications and documents from English to Spanish as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, office coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology
  • Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, or employee documentation preferred
  • Experience in construction, field operations, or a multi-location environment preferred but not required

  • Occasional job site visits may be required to support employee needs and HR initiatives



The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 (based on skills, experience, and education). CASEY provides a benefits package that includes options for medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as voluntary term life and AD&D insurance. Additionally, CASEY offers paid time off, annual holidays, and financial benefits such as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. There may also be opportunities for incentive bonuses.
