We're growing, and we need a sharp, organized, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer.

Why this role is different

This isn't a "manage the calendar and answer phones" position. You'll be a trusted operational partner to senior leadership at a nationally recognized, innovative education organization. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, fundraising, board relations, and external partnerships and you'll see how all of it connects.  This position offers  meaningful work, real access to organizational leadership, and a front-row seat to the kind of innovation that is transforming education for kids across the country. For the right person, that matters.

If you've been looking for a role that combines operational excellence with genuine purpose, this is it.

What you'll do

  • Keep two senior executives organized, prepared, and moving forward
  • Own calendar management, meeting logistics, briefing documents, and follow-through
  • Support Board meetings, donor stewardship, and strategic partner communications
  • Track priorities and action items across a fast-moving organization
  • Help draft presentations, proposals, and leadership communications

What we're looking for

  • 2 to 5 years of executive, administrative, or operations support experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Someone who anticipates what's needed before being asked
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication
  • Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Salesforce and Canva are a plus)
  • A genuine connection to educational equity and expanding opportunity for young people
