Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and hospitable dining experience from start to finish
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair (Bartenders)
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Lebanese menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
- Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Keep dining and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
Requirements:
- Previous full-service restaurant serving or bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer (Bartenders)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS and Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Must meet Maryland legal age requirements for serving alcohol
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
