The Fitzway Insurance Agency is growing and we are looking for candidates to immediately add to our sales team. We are an insurance agency based out of the Fitzgerald Dealerships representing Allstate Insurance. This is a fast paced environment with uncapped potential for earnings and growth. Fitzway Insurance Agency is looking for the right person to become part of our successful insurance sales team.

REQUIREMENTS and NEEDED SKILLS

An active license for property and casualty insurance sales is needed for this position.
Candidates need to show a technical understanding of insurance products.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business sales through leads from dealership customers.
Service existing customers including endorsements, cross selling, upselling and payment processing.
Represent the agency in a manner consistent with the values of Fitzgerald Dealership & Allstate Insurance.
Maintain technical insurance skills through continuing education and training.
