About the Role:

Join REC Landscaping LLC as a Lawn Care Technician and be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces in Silver Spring, MD. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to beautiful landscapes, and make a difference in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist in landscape design and installation projects as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
Paper Schedule Upkeep

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.

Compensation:

Starting at $17.00- $21.00/Hour (Potentially more with exceptional experience and work ethic)
Opportunity for overtime.
